Register Using Secure Patient Registration Form

Patients will receive a consultation to develop and comprehensive treatment plan together with you and your dentist.  You will then have a surgical appointment to complete your treatment.  Occasionally, the procedure can be done on the consultation day, however, this is a case-by-case scenario.
